IDenity

February 22, 2010

This is my spoken word IDenity video

To be honest, I procrastinated through the whole project and finished it on the day I presented on stage. But I’m proud of myself for actually presenting. I actually edited the whole video also, I’m proud of myself for that too.

The trip to EA was fun, but the tour could of been better. The tour guide, Julie Wynn was obiously in a rush and didn’t give a good tour in my opinion. To be honest, she was kind of informative about the company history but her tour/presentation in general was garbage. The whole tour she was on her Blackberry, probably on Twitter or Myspace.

Yup thats her ^, the best tour guide ever.

To continue on, the EA headquarters is a awesome place. They have game consoles and arcade machines like in every room or corner, because the employees need to be relaxed to work. The work atmosphere is very laid back and relaxed, with couches and video games everywhere.

The HQ had really cool spots like the courtyard, the basketball court/multipurpose room and the workout room. Also, they had a little theatre/presentation room that was pretty cool. The presentation that was given to us was kind of informative, the man, which I forgot his name, was very boring and looked like he wasn’t prepared.

After the presentation in the little theatre the tour was basically over, Ms. Wynn was wrapping up the tour by letting us shop in the EA store for only like 10 or 20 minutes. But the store was a gamers heaven, each game either 20 or 10 dollars each. We were splurging.

To sum up the field trip, we ate at the strip mall right across the street, they didn’t really have a broad food selection, but they had some alright places. I ordered some Japanese food, it was super grub. Other people grubbed on Togo’s Sandwiches and Tacos(make me a taco). That was the best part of the field trip.

My Silent Movie

October 29, 2009

This is my audio version of my group’s silent movie, called “Don’t Cheat Breh”.

I feel kind of VACOUS writing this, but I’ll try my best and CORROBORATE so I can get a good grade. I’m not really FECUND writing this, I’m doing this last minute. I’m grateful that Ms. Paul is letting us turn this in at 9:00 pm, thats very BENEVOLENT of her. She purposely gave us this assignment because the words are DIDACTIC to us. It would be DECOROUS to write this assignment in proper grammar.

I need to EXPIDITE this assignment because it’s already 8:30, and its due in half an hour. I need to calm down and be IDYLIC, but I’m really stressed out. This assignment is really EXASPERATING me, I’m feeling kind of VOLATILE. My fingers are staring to DISTEND typing this, I fell DERIDED. But really though, I’m just being HISTRONIC and just finding ways to use these words in a sentence.

This is the last part of my assignment, so I’m just going to make up a story. When I saw that beautiful lady at Taco Bell, I felt AMOUROUS. I went up to her and tried to flirt with her, but she ASSAILED me with her pepper spray. When I got back to my senses, she thought I was still DISCORDANT and sprayed me again. Then it got to me I had an INCANDESCENT idea to stop flirting with her. After that incident at Taco Bell I decided to become a SAGE and respect women. So now I put shades JUXTAPOSE to my jean pockets to protect my eyes from pepper spray. So before I turn this in, I need to SCRUTINIZE these paragraphs.
